A little less admin. A little more room for care. Explore early access

The Flor resource library

What does practice management software cost?

A subscription is only one part of the cost. Ask vendors for a written breakdown that matches the size and operating model of your practice, with currency and tax treatment made clear.

Understand how the subscription scales

Common pricing units include practitioners, users, locations or feature tiers. Ask about part-time staff, inactive accounts and changes during a billing period. Check minimum terms, renewal changes and which support level is included. Flor pricing is not yet published; early-access quotes should be reviewed in USD.

Account for use-based and implementation charges

Migration, onboarding, training, text messages, payment processing and third-party services can be billed separately. Estimate realistic activity levels instead of comparing headline prices alone. Distinguish one-time setup work from recurring fees.

Include the cost of switching later

Ask about exports, contract notice periods and access after cancellation. Document any charges for extracting attachments or historical records. A good comparison also considers staff time spent on repeated entry and workarounds, without assuming savings that have not been measured.
