What this website processes
The enquiry form collects the business contact details and note you choose to submit. The Flor assistant processes the messages you send, together with recent conversation context, to generate a reply. Hosting and security services may process request metadata such as IP address, time and path.
Chat and local storage
Chat history is kept in your browser’s session storage for continuity, with a twelve-hour expiry. Use “New chat” to clear the current local conversation. Messages sent to the assistant are processed through OpenAI’s API. Requests disable response storage at the API level; provider security and operational retention may still apply. Do not submit patient or other sensitive clinical information.
Enquiries and service providers
Submitted enquiries are routed to Flor’s shared lead service so the team can respond. Hosting uses Cloudflare. An email provider may be used to notify the team. Processing locations depend on the services involved; this public website makes no Canadian-only processing promise. The form asks for your permission before sending your enquiry.
Your choices and questions
You can browse without submitting a form or opening chat. Contact kazi@cansoft.com with a privacy question or a request to access, correct or delete an enquiry. We will review the request and any applicable retention obligations. This notice does not promise a deletion deadline or patient-record retention policy.
