A connected practice

Practice reporting and team visibility

Reports become useful when everyone agrees on what a measure means. Start with a few practical questions about appointment capacity, follow-up work and financial reconciliation.

Flor is in early access. This page describes workflows to evaluate and product direction. Confirm the exact supported capabilities and rollout scope with the team.

Define the question before choosing a chart

An occupied slot is not necessarily a completed appointment. An invoice total is not cash received. Write down each definition, date range and exclusion before evaluating a dashboard. Review how cancellations, refunds and late entries affect results.

Keep access proportionate

Owners, clinical leads and administrative staff may need different views. Prefer the minimum detail needed for each decision. In a Flor demonstration, compare a report to a small set of fictional source records and ask how it can be exported and reproduced.

A few common questions

Are the demo totals real clinic results?

No. Every number and appointment in the public demo is fictional and is not an outcome claim.

Can reporting replace accounting software?

Confirm the accounting workflow and required exports separately. A practice dashboard does not automatically provide a complete accounting system.
